With VAN #OPS TEAM, you are a Brand Ambassador sharing the VAN mission and message with local businesses. Every business supporting VAN supports local veterans and veteran-focused non-profit organizations in the Tampa Bay area. You directly impact your local community as a VAN #OPS TEAM Member. 

The ideal #Ops Team candidate enjoys meeting new people and has their own transportation to drive within their local chapter territory. One week of training, all sales tools, and monthly Zoom training meetings are provided to help grow the #Ops Team’s effectiveness and impact.

Successful #Ops Team members demonstrate the ability to meet new prospects and share VAN’s mission effectively, help new business members through the sign-up process, and maintain a supportive relationship with their business member customers. In addition, #Ops Team Members keep an open eye for Veteran need and work to bring the business and veteran community together to address those needs.

#Ops Team members are the face of VAN (Veterans Adventure Network) and they have direct, positive impact on the community. #Ops Team members help to engage the civilian community and grow awareness of who Veterans are and how they help.

Being an #Ops Team member allows you to serve Veterans at your own pace. You choose your own hours and determine your own goals for income and participation.
